*this will make 2 loafs

800 grams white flour

600 grams water

2 tsp salt

2 tsp yeast

2 tbsp sugar or honey

Mix salt with flour.

Add yeast and sugar to the water and mix. Wait until you see bubbles forming on top.

Mix water mixture into the flour mixture.

Cover with plastic and let sit overnight on the stove. 8-14 hours.

Next morning, your dough should have doubles or come up all the way to the edge of the bowl. Should look very bubbly/airy.

Form into 2 equal balls.

Spray your bread forms and place dough balls in them. Let rise 1-2 hour.

Preheat your oven to 425 F. Bake for 45 mins to 1 hour or until the top of the bread is golden brown.

Let it cool, cut and serve.

This is an amazing bread. I can eat it for breakfast with some bread and cheese. I can eat it with anything! Tastier than the store bread. Definitely recommend to try this out.
